Be sure to check the Need to Know channel in MyUB for checkstops as your registration "window" approaches. When registering for courses through MyUB you will be notified if you have a checkstop. A page titled "Checkstop Notification" will appear. Students with checkstops have unresolved issues with an office on campus. You should look up the contact office for the checkstop that is indicated on the screen and contact that office for information about how to get your checkstop resolved so that you may register. Once that office indicates that your checkstop has been removed, you can return to web registration to register.
Do not delay in resolving checkstops as this will delay registration. Continuing students who delay registering beyond the deadline for initial registration will be assessed a late fee.
