Knowing how to compute your grade point average (GPA) is an important part of assessing your academic standing. MyUB contains a GPA calculator which you can use to forecast your overall GPA. You may also find that you need to compute a transferred courses GPA or a 'science' GPA (or other subsets of courses referenced for admission to academic programs or professional schools). The GPA calculator on MyUB will not do that so it is useful to know how to compute a GPA on your own. Essentially, they are all computed the same way. This GPA worksheet can show you how.
