Students at UB are required to complete a minimum set of General Education (Gen Ed) requirements. These requirements, which are defined by UB’s faculty, ensure each student graduates prepared for future success. UB’s General Education program focuses on the skills and knowledge important for all college graduates.

The program is intended to help students prepare for success and fulfillment in a continually changing world. General education complements the departmental major, which provides depth of study in a particular area of specialization and prepares students for careers or for advanced study. One of the best uses of this survey is to relate responses to other academic information, such as enrollment history at UB. By giving us your person number, you give UB Undergraduate Education permission to do that. We will never release your person number to anyone.
Yes! Your responses will be kept in strict confidence and never released. They will be used only in summary form by staff affiliated with UB Undergraduate Education and always for the purpose of improving the UB student experience.
Only current UB undergraduate students are eligible to complete this survey and to win prizes during this promotion. UB students may complete this survey once; one prize entry per UB undergraduate student.
